Digital Employee eXperience Specialist

Role purpose: Improve the end-to-end digital employee experience by optimizing workplace tools, content, and support journeys to increase productivity, adoption, and satisfaction.

Core responsibilities

Assess employee needs and pain points across digital touchpoints (intranet, collaboration tools, service portals).
Design and continuously improve digital journeys, self-service experiences, and knowledge content.
Partner with HR, IT, Internal Comms, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver enhancements.
Drive adoption through onboarding materials, enablement, communications, and change management support.
Monitor experience performance using analytics, feedback loops, and qualitative research; translate insights into actions.
Support governance for content quality, information architecture, and tool usage standards.
Manage a backlog of improvements, coordinate releases, and document requirements and outcomes.

Required skills and qualifications

Digital workplace expertise: intranets, collaboration platforms, service management portals, and employee-facing tools.
Experience design: user research, journey mapping, UX writing, and service design fundamentals.
Data-driven improvement: KPI definition, dashboarding/analytics, and survey/feedback analysis.
Change enablement: communications planning, stakeholder management, and training content creation.
Delivery skills: agile ways of working, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.

Salary between €3,364 and €4,485 based on 36 hours depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are

Experienced Product Owner, Business Owner, Application Owner, or Salesforce Business Lead
Strong experience managing business requirements and product backlogs
Demonstrated experience driving business adoption and process change
Strong governance, risk, and control awareness
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Who you will work with

You will interact with business teams, IT, Finance, external salesforce developers.
