You & your role

Design and realise a future-proof GenAI Portal as a Medior Full Stack Engineer. You work end-to-end on solutions that provide direct value to users. Together with your team, you tackle complex challenges and continuously see the results of your efforts.

Practical examples

• Designing and building a scalable, secure and cost-effective portal for GenAI capabilities.
• Pair programming with team members to solve critical or complex problems.
• Developing new ways to give teams access and insight into the building blocks of our domain.

• 36 or 40 hours per week.
• The work is mainly greenfield: very little legacy, so plenty of room for innovation.

• Developing, testing, deploying and managing a high-quality and scalable GenAI Portal, always striving for results.
• Automating capability deployment, configuration and governance, making processes more efficient and reliable.

You & your talent

• Proven experience in bringing IT systems into production. 
• 2+ years of Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code. 
• Proficiency in Python for automation, API development. (mandatory) 
• Proficiency in React (necessary) 
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical teams 
• Experience in working in highly regulated environments 
• Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex ideas and build trust across teams. 
• Stakeholder management – proactive in understanding needs, resolving conflicts, and aligning priorities. 
• Mentorship mindset – passionate about helping others grow and succeed. 
• Problem-solving attitude – resourceful, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• Design, implement and release features end-to-end using backend (Python), frontend (React) and Azure Devops pipelines. 
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Biceps. 
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Business to translate requirements into technical solutions. 
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Act as a trusted advisor for application and to a lesser extent infrastructure design and implementation.
