Salesforce DevOps Engineer

CI/CD Engineer is responsible for the set-up, maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure, including test automation. Create and maintain fully automated CI build processes for multiple Salesforce environments. Write build and deployment scripts.

• Participate as the DevOps expert in the development projects and maintenance activities to provide the best infrastructure and automation for continuous integration, continuous (unit) testing and releasing
• Maintain existing deployment pipelines and code respository hosted in azure devops.
• Development within Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies utilizing Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery practices by using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitLab CI, Bamboo, VSTS, GearSet, Jenkins, Puppet, Provar, etc..
• Gather requirements on deployment infrastructure , create a design and align with the stakeholders during the implementation of the solution, and investigate existing solutions and provide insights on possible improvements
• Collaborates with business application owners with planning the development and delivery of new features and enhancements to support internal needs, focused on CI/CD and Test Automation
• Constant learns and improves Salesforce.com / Provar technologies and platform functionality at a detailed and technical level.
• Be knowledgeable on DevOps KPIs such as release velocity, lead time.
• Plan , implement and govern release cycle best practices including version control , branching mechanisms and code merging
